David has worked with lower middle-market companies as a lender, operator and investment banker since 2013. As an investment banker, David has arranged over $75 million in financings for companies across diverse industries. He previously worked in special situations credit investing, investment banking, and commercial real estate leasing at Hunting Dog Capital, B. Riley FBR, and Equity Office Properties.

He earned a BA in Philosophy from the University of Washington, and a MS in Real Estate Finance from New York University.
